The way it works is that we install an agent and add your workstation(s)/server onto our monitoring system. With our service, we cover antivirus (no more pesky annual renewals and pop-ups), remote access for Network Tactics to fix your computer issues, monitor workstation/server, initiate and monitor off-site backups and asset management. Our system will detect a virus and automatically try to remove it and will give us a notification.
If you are an existing client, then you know we like to keep things simple, and we feel the same way about pricing. Invoices are sent out quarterly and can be easily paid online.
