For most businesses, Remote access has been in place (Pre-Covid) days. Having remote access allows the user to have full access to his/her workstation, email, printers, server files and allows them to do anything they would be able to do as if they were sitting at their desk. Essentially you can be on vacation, a coffee shop, or any place that has wifi and it would be just like sitting at your desk. GoToMyPc
